We provide comprehensive NHS primary care services to help you manage your health and well-being.

The Surgery, which now services both Lattimore and Village Surgeries, is situated in High St, London Colney, close to the junction with Kings Rd.

Car Parking

The surgery has a car park for patients at the rear of the premises and use of the car park is only permitted whilst attending the surgery. Patients are reminded that parking in the surgery car park is not guaranteed and should allow sufficient time to find alternative parking arrangements at busy times

Please park sensibly – do not block other patients in and please do not use the designated DOCTOR spaces. Disabled parking is available.

ALL patients aged 18 to 40 will now need to submit ALL medical queries through our eConsult system online. When calling the surgery you will be advised to use this system instead. This decision has been implemented by the Practice Partners due to the high volume of calls we are taking at this time. Please follow this link to access the system.


For all surgery appointments please attend alone, unless the appointment is for a minor in which case only one adult may accompany them. Please note that for child appointments no siblings will be allowed into the building. For adult appointments no children will be allowed into the building. We are following national guidelines to ensure the safety of all our patients.






APPOINTMENTS: At this time please do not go to the surgery, unless you are advised to do so by a member of the Practice team. To protect all our patients and staff, and in line with guidance from NHS England, we have needed to make some changes to our service during the pandemic.  We have temporarily discontinued our online booking service. When telephoning the surgery, patients will be asked what their concerns are by the receptionist. This is to enable us to determine the best course of action for the patient. Please be assured if you need to speak to a clinician you will be offered a telephone consultation in the first instance. We are able to deal with many issues remotely- by telephone, video, online consultation and with photo communications. A face to face appointment will be offered if deemed necessary by the clinician.

PRESCRIPTIONS: These can be ordered online through patient access.  If you do not already have this service, please download it via the NHS App   or our receptionists will be happy to help you over the phone to set this up. We are asking all patients to nominate a pharmacy that we can send their prescriptions to electronically, this is to reduce the footfall into the surgery and again will assist in keeping all staff and patients safe.

We are open to all patients we are just operating in a different way to keep patients and staff safe during this difficult time. Please be assured that we are trying to do our very best for you. We are extremely busy trying to adapt in difficult times while continuing to provide the highest standard of care. However there are inevitably going to be changes to the service you have previously been used to. We thank you for your patience and cooperation during this period.

In response to minimise risk of coronavirus, we are taking a number of precautions:

  • For the time being, there will be no online or face-to-face appointments to book directly. Please phone reception to arrange a telephone consultation.
  • Please do not come to the Surgery for any reason, if you have a cough, cold or temperature, or have travelled to an at-risk country in the past 14 days. Please speak to us first.
  • Prescription requests can still be made online, via your Pharmacist, over the telephone or posted through the letterbox at our door.
